Savoury Herbed Steak Ingredients 4 thick porterhouse steaks
1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
1 teaspoon dried snipped chives
4 cloves garlic, minced Instructions Trim fat from steaks.
Combine basil, tarragon, chives, and garlic.
Rub herb mixture on both sides of steaks, pressing into surface.
