Lamb Chops El-royal Ingredients 1 kilo lamb chops - about four forequarter chops or six neck chops.
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 beef stock cube
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tablespoon oil (preferably light olive)
1 cup of water
Instructions Grill chops till brown on both sides
Set chops aside and cook onion till transparent
Set onions aside
Heat oil and left over meat juices, then add flour and cook for 1 minute
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute
Add 1 cup of water and bring to the boil, then stir until sauce thickens
Add meat and onion and then transfer into a casserole dish
Cook in a slow oven for 40 minutes
