Taco Tartlets Ingredients FILLING
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons taco sauce
3 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
1 cup coarsley crushed tortilla or corn chips
MEAT SHELLS
½ kg minced beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 tablespoons water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Combine meat shell ingredients and press into sides and bottoms of mini muffin cups. Combine filling ingredients and put about a teaspoon into each shell.
Bake 7-8 minutes until cooked and bubbly.
Remove from pan and serve.
